At The Scented Glove, we want you to love your fragrance as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Securely package your item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
