Are your perfumes cruelty-free?

Yes, absolutely! At The Scented Glove, fragrances are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and ensure our suppliers follow the same ethical standards. We believe in creating beautiful fragrances without causing harm.

Are your perfumes vegan-friendly?

Yes! Our perfumes are completely vegan. We do not use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations and we are committed to offering ethical, plant-based fragrances you can feel good about wearing.

Are your perfumes alcohol free?

Our roll-on oils are 100% alcohol-free, offering a gentle concentrated formula. However our Eau de Parfum (EDP) sprays contain denatured alcohol, which helps the fragrance disperse beautifully and last longer on the skin.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.

How do I choose the right perfume for me?

Fragrance is personal! We recommend reading the scent notes in each product description to see what appeals to you. If you're unsure, reach out to us via email or call us on 07413 341 824 and one of our sales experts will be happy to advise you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2-3 working days
  • UK Express Shipping: 1-2 working days

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check your tracking link for updates. If there’s still an issue, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I return a perfume if I’ve opened it but don’t like the scent?

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused perfumes. If you're unsure about which fragrance is right for you, reach out to us via email or call us on 07413 341 824 and one of our sales experts will be happy to advise you.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days. The money will be refunded to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

What should I do if my perfume arrives damaged or faulty?

We’re sorry about that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
