Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Scented Glove, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make things easy.

Returns Eligibility

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we can only accept returns if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item was purchased directly from our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes due to hygiene regulations, unless the product is faulty.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging showing the issue.
  • Your order number and details of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage costs where applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
